Thiruvanthapuram International Airport

Thiruvananthapuram International Airport is the first international airport in India outside the metropolitan cities. It is located around 3.7 kms Thiruvananthapuram and was first established in 1932. In 1991 it was upgraded into an international airport. The airport covers an area of 20,000 sq. ms and is of a tubular design and provides all modern facilities such as escalators, elevators and aerobridges. Trivandrum International Airport has direct flights to Kuwait, Singapore, Maldives, Colombo, Sharjah, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Jeddah and Dubai. It is also linked with other cities in India such as Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Kochi, Kozhikode and Bangalore by domestic flights.

Kozhikode Airport

Kozhikode Airport also known as Karipur Airport is located at Karipur in the Malappuram district, near Kozhikode. It is located at around 26 kms from the Kozhikode Railway Station.
