Kappil Beach

Kappil beach is located some 6 kms away near the Bekal Fort in Kasaragod district. This is a secluded and relatively unexplored beach. The beach is popularly known because it holds a huge surface area of white sands that enshroud an area of thirty-five acres land. The secluded and somewhat unexplored Kappil Beach is an ideal spot for nature-lovers and attracts a large number of tourists. This sun-drenched Kappil beach is a perfect get-away after you visit the nearby Bekal Fort which is situated some 6 kms away. Near to it is the Kodi cliff from where you get a panoramic view of the Arabian Sea. Besides the natural beauty of the beach, people who love adventures can even ascend the Kodi cliff to view the Arabian Sea.
